Help! I Feel Like I’m Gonna be a Helicopter Parent!
This is my first baby and I was already a really anxious person to begin with, but it’s worse now that I’m pregnant, and I imagine it won’t get any better after she’s here either! Already I’m worried about having anyone else watch her, already I’m anxious about driving her around by myself, etc. How can I tame these fears and let go a little?
