Anyone have bleeding/spotting after pelvic exam?

I'm 15 weeks 2 days and went to a new obgyn on Tuesday... I woke up Wednesday and was spotting... It was more then I thought was normal... I went to ER... They did another exam.. Said my cervix was intact and baby's heartbeat was still 147 and no distress... I had more blood this morning but by tonight it has stopped... I think the dr scratched me???
