The most confusing things that’s ever happened to me
Okay so I’m going to try to explain this the best I can.
My LMP was feb. 16th
Went to the doctor on Mar. 7th for pap and ultrasound due to pains during my periods and hormones being off. Doctor told me I was ovulating that day! 😁😁😁
Fast forward to Mar. 21st I was feeling Odd so I took two tests both were very BFPs. I was so excited since we were trying to conceive for the last year!
The following Monday I started having pains on my left side so I went to ER to rule out ectopic. They took my blood and that showed that HCG levels were 2000 then they did an ultrasound were they didn’t see anything in my tubes and thought they could see something that looked like a gestational sac in my uterus but they weren’t sure if it was or not. They told me I was having a “threatened miscarriage” because they couldn’t see a fetus or signs of a pregnancy.
They took my hcg levels 2 days later and the dropped down to 990
The day after my last blood draw I went back to the er thinking I was having more severe ectopic symptoms, turns out it was a anxiety attack, they took my blood again and hcg dropped into the 600s😭 they did another ultrasound and this time they found a fetus that measures to be around 8w4d with no heartbeat. Remember this was only 4 days after they couldn’t even tell if I had a gestational sac or not.
I know for a fact that I am not that far along due to my doctor telling me I was ovulating on March 7th after my ultrasound.
So I have lost all hope of this being a viable pregnancy but I’m still so very confused on what is going on. I go back Monday to talk to an ob about D&C.; I’m going to ask for one more hcg check and ultrasound before they do it.
I would love to hear if anyone has had any similar experiences!!!
