I woke up with a sore throat yesterday after a nap and took my temp this A.M. it was 99.6.....took it a few hours later it was 101. called my dr office right away and told them and the girl at the call line said she'd have the dr on-call give me a call...that was 2 hours ago. i took tylenol an hour ago to help drop it...it's hardly gone down it's at 100.7 and the care sheet I got from the dr at my first appt said to call immediately for anything over I believe 100.2....which I did. and two hours later nobody has called me back. this is so typical of this office constantly playing games with me and not calling me back when i call them! i called them thursday about getting a note with specific lifting-and any other- restrictions so I could go back to work (since they told me I couldnt work until my light duty reuqest was approved because I handed them the dr note saying no heavy lifting...and that was over a week ago) and they never called me back!!! They do this crap all the time and I'm so sick of it!!! they wait 3 days to call me back if they do at all and it's bs. as care providers it's their job to give a damn when a patient isnt well and needs attention. How is it okay to not call me back when i am 18 weeks pregnant and have a fever of 101 that's not going down!?!?!? omg!!! I dont even know what to do right now!!!
