Compression socks or not?
I'm starting running and have a co worker who is convinced that I need to wear compression socks when I run but my sister who runs a ton never does and says unless it's cold she dosent see a benefit other then extra warmth...
I wear them for work but I'm a nurse who's on my feet most of my shifts and use it more for blood clot prevention and swelling so idk if I really need them for a 30 min run?
Do you wear compression socks to work out in or no?
