Cramps 😐

This is the first month I’m doing ovulation tests and I’ve also used PRESEED 3 times since cycle day 12 I got a positive ovulation tests cycle day 17 2 days ago

I woke up this morning with cramps it’s like period cramps but not as sore just enough pain to know it’s there I’ve took a pregnancy test (I know I Know it’s way to early) but I couldn’t help it , it came up negative 👎 but I never get cramps before my period and I have a pretty regular period only ever 1 day late or 1 day early and it’s not due for another week and half could I be pregnant anyone else get cramps ?
