First month trying natural

We’ve gotten pregnant twice on clomid, our first pregnant was healthy full term and our second ended in miscarriage at 4 weeks. We’ve tried 4 rounds since November and haven’t had any luck. This is our first month since the miscarriage we’ve tried naturally, my period was due today and hasn’t shown up, I’ve took 2 tests (yesterday and today) they were both negative. But the last week and a half I’ve been so sick to my stomach and nauseous constantly and I’ve been so tired. Hopefully I’ll get my BFP soon!!🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
