First cycle of Clomid

I’m about 10 DPO, first cycle on clomid 50 MG. Have been TTC about a year, little more. Confirmed ovulation with progesterone bloodwork. And now I’m having THAT feeling - run to the bathroom, wipe, has AF shown her ugly face?, feeling. Very, very mild cramping. No sore boobs, which actually is unusual for me before AF. It’s really just the period coming feeling. Anybody had this happen and still gotten a BFP? I know it’s only my first cycle on it... just sick of disappointment.
