tubal ligation clips moved to my uterus?

Mayra
I elected to have a tubal with clips in 2007 after my son was born. It is now 8 yrs later and a few moths ago I ended up in the ER for excruciating lower right abdominal pain. The ER doctor ordered at CT of my abdomen to rule out appendicitis, which CT was negative for appendicitis but they found a golf ball size cyst on my right ovary, he also mentioned that both of my tubal clips where now on the left ascending part of my uterus. The cyst since has resolved on its own but Im am concerned because for a while now (even before my cyst was discovered) I have been having stanbing/ pinching vaginal pain after intercourse and I am also concerned of the possiblity of getting pregant. I spoke with my OB/GYN recently about this matter and she assured me that the fallopian tubes are free flowing and thats why my clips where both seen on the uterus on the CT and that there is no chance of me getting pregnant. I asked her for options on test that can be done to make sure my tubes where still blocked, but she said I would need to see a fertility specialist for that type of testing. Please advice..I need guidance on what steps to take next, since I have read horrible stories on line of complications and pregnancies after tubaligation with clips came off.
1. Is it true that fallopian tubes are free flowing?
2. Could it be that my clips came off and are causing my vaginal pain?
2. Could I end up pregnant?
3. What type of test is done to check if my tubes are blocked?
Any advise is helpful Thanks.
