Should i go to hospital?

38 weeks, had contractions all morning around 20 minutes apart and mild. I started getting them around 10 minutes apart after a few hours and now they are becoming more painful. Also, my baby is moving ALOT. he is causing me a lot of pain throughout my whole stomach. I’m now in the bathroom with horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea I’m guessing due to the cramping and contractions. My water hasn’t broken and I know my contractions aren’t close enough to be considered in “active labor” but should i still go be checked out? I’m in a lot of pain. It’s hard to walk at some points and I’m having to breathe through most of the contractions I’m getting now.
