Please help me ladies

Ok so I found out I was pregnant about a week after I was late for af. So I called my doctors and they told me to come in the next day to confirm. I did not remember when my period was, so we have no date to go off. So fast forward to the appointment. They took my levels and did an ultrasound and found nothing. They said that would make sense because of how early I would be. So they have been having me every 2 days do a blood draw to check my levels. Second time checking it my hgc level was up to 30.2. Time after that 64.2. So they were doubling like they were supposed to. So the next week Wednesday I started spotting and my doctors office was closed, so I went to the er. At this er, they told me my levels were at 142 and they could see a gestational sac. They did look in my tube and saw nothing. So the next day after that, I had another doctors office and ultrasound. Said they seen nothing on the ultrasound, so worried about something being wrong. Took my blood levels again. Called me Friday and said they went down from 142 to 128. So scheduled for another c section this Tuesday which is April 3 of 2018. But went and got blood work on Saturday and my levels had doubled yet again....I do not want to get my hopes up but can anyone tell me what is going on? I feel like my doctor is wrong....I’m just so freaking confused on what is going on. Please help me I can’t eat I can’t sleep...
