Period confusing ladies please read !!!

So sorry for long winded story but normally my af is on time each month and when it starts it’s heavy flow straight away but this month I started rusty brown bleeding at 10dpo which wasn’t too heavy at all I used a panty liners and me and so still had sex as it wasn’t heavy then yesterday at 11dpo I had pink bleeding/spotting thro out the day sometimes when I wipe and sometimes not but also had some dark brown stringy discharge too ! We had sex again as was still very light today it’s still very light sometimes when I wipe sometimes not I’m so confused as not sure if this is spotting or period ..
