Smoking...then puking

I smoke and am trying to quit. I just had a cig and felt nauseous right after and puked up my breakfast. This has never happened before to me. I'm 11 dpo and 3 days away from AF... Hoping she doesn't come. Pregnancy test was negative do you think this can be an early symptom? I've also had slight cramping for a week, breaking out on face, slightly sore boobs and really sensitive nipples, slight headaches and extreme fatigue...All of which are abnormal for me.
