What could it be?

Hubby and I have been TTC for 18mths. I was 5 weeks and miscarried beginning of May. I am 5 dpo. 2 dpo I started having some slight discomfort on my lower abdomen (right side). Yesterday, throughout the day, I had the same discomfort (same side) and also in my lower back/hip. Last night I had a twinge on the left side of belly button. Has anyone experienced this and is it too early to have pregnancy symptoms?
