Please help feeling so hopeless 😩
To all the women out there who were ttc for years and then all of a sudden got their bfp without trying, my question is how did you “relax”?
I know some women stop charting and stop doing OPKs but other than that how do you keep your mind busy and at ease since it’s what I think about all day and all night?
I’m just trying to learn new techniques to “not think about it”. I’ve been ttc for #1 for 4 years and I’m honestly exhausted 😩
