Could I be pregnant?

So I’m on the pill but me and my bf usually uses condoms as well. Though there was this on time a couple weeks ago when we did it and I told him to put on a condom but he didn’t (I posted it on here for advice) and he told me he had pulled out but I didn’t really believe him and I told him we should get plan b but we didn’t end up doing that. Now it’s a couple weeks later and I had spotting 2 days ago and my period is a day late. I know it’s only a day but I’m freaking out. Could I be pregnant?!? Also I’ve still been having cramps and been moody like I normally would before my period. Are these period symptoms or could they be pregnancy symptoms? Other than those I don’t think I’ve had any other symptoms
