birth control weight gain
so about a year ago i started the nexplanon implant for starters i bled constantly 3 weeks on about 2-3 days off. i gain about 15 pounds. which wasn’t normal for me considering i was 135 for the past 4 years. as soon as i got off i immediately gain another 15 pounds. i wasn’t even eating unhealthy and now i’m dieting more and more and working out as much as i can. and i am still 162. i need help !!!!
