Need to increase milk supply!!?? HELP!!!

So I have been exclusively pumping breast milk for my daughter since she was born and things have been going great until recently. I went back to work about a month ago which slowly decreased the amount of times I pump a day. I haven’t completely run out of milk but it’s not enough to keep up with her so I’ve had to go into my freezer stash😰😰.. I have started drinking mothers milk and taking milk plus capsules as well as I’ve started trying to pump every 2 hours. Is there anything else I can do or change to increase my milk supply so I can stack back up my freezer stash.
