I was out shopping, and I thought I had to go to the bathroom ASAP. I went to the bathroom there but nothing happened. It was intense but it went away. Was that Braxton Hicks?

For me they felt more like period cramps.

Sometimes I get that when baby stretches and pushes on my colon 😂
I actually didn’t even notice BH with my first. With this baby, they feel more like period cramps, but one-sided.

With my first they were more like cramping and aching. My second yes, they made me feel like I had to poo and often left me short of breath.

For me it was more like a muscle spasm. My stomach would contract for a few moments then release.

It felt that way when I actually delivered. Intense pressure.
