Everyone starts somewhere.. right?
I’ve been on a fitness journey for a while now and I’ll do really good for a while and l’ll be proud of myself and reward myself and then set myself back again.
But I’m done with that now. Here’s to a new mindset and a more consistent journey.
I’ve joined the gym now and did a good ass workout today. I’m feeling really happy and motivated now. I’m ready to finally learn to love myself and my body
Any tips on eating/ workouts would be so appreciated!
