Mucus plug at 32 weeks?

I couldn’t take a picture because i was at a family party and didn’t have my phone in the bathroom. But from pictures I’ve seen on here and from what I’ve googled I’m positive i lost a piece of my mucus plug yesterday. All night last night i was a little crampy but i sleep so hard nothing woke me up until i tried to turn over on to my other side and holy moly did i have a sharp pain in my hip probably where my ovaries are. my belly’s been pretty hard today and random cramps, I’m a FTM so i don’t really know what Braxton Hicks feel like. I’m not worried but my mom is (of course) and i see my midwife tomorrow afternoon. Is this normal..?
