I need some more suggestions


What are you ladies doing to help subside the nausea? I’ve tried ginger, preggy pops, eating healthier snacks frequently, resting, sucking on mints, drinking more water... Because of insurance issues I haven’t been back to my doctor yet so I cannot ask for Zofran. I’m Approximately 7.5 weeks along. Anything special work for you? I’m a caregiver and between the physical aspects and the odors, I may as well just fasten a bucket to my scrubs! I’ve been in the same facility through my other two pregnancies so I’m very lucky to have amazing co workers who won’t allow me to lift! I wear a mask but that doesn’t help either 😷🤢
