I had a miscarriage at the beginning of March and by some miracle I am pregnant again. I had bloods taken 2 days ago and my HCG was 194 and just had more taken today but don’t know the result yet. I had a very heavy feeling in my lower abdomen like a pulling sensation for the past couple of days but today those dreaded cramps have flared up not painful but definitely noticeable. If my calculations are correct I should be 4 weeks and 2 days. I’m scared I’m starting to miscarry again. Is it normal to have cramps around now in pregnancy and for it not to end in miscarriage?
