Am I pregnant

I have most of the other signs and I've already had a negative test, but I don't start for another 2 Days. What I'm wondering is, is it normal to feel slight pain/cramping/ pinching on the lower left abdomen at the beginning of pregnancy?? I've been urinating every 10-30 minutes and everytinebi go I feel it. It's very light pain. Any ideas? I'm re testing if I miss my period
