I don’t love him anymore...

I don’t think I’m in love with my partner anymore, I care for him a great deal but get no joy out of spending time together and we argue on a daily basis. I am pregnant with his child and the fact that he isn’t the least bit interested makes me feel even more resentful of him. We are currently sat in separate rooms and he didn’t even notice until I went back in an hour later to get the charger...

I’ve spoken to him so many times in hopes something will change and it doesn’t. Ever. What can I do?
