Ttc after stillborn

My boyfriend and I have been together over 4 years now and I desperately want to have a baby. We’ve been trying for a year without the help of a physician. We had our son still born 4 years ago due to the cord being wrapped around his neck. Doctors say I have a very low chance of pregnancy due to the fact of only having one ovary and one Fallopian tube. Also I have very bad scar tissue on my uterus from my hack job of an ob leaving placenta in my uterus after my csection. So I’ve had tons of surgeries since. I just need some advice some tips. Just some help!
