I really need some help.

Okay so last month I had sex with my bf for the first time it was kinda rough and it caused extreme cramps where I went to the hospital. After the cramps started what seem to be a period. It was around the last week of my pill and I just got back on so I expect break through bleeding. After the hospital visit I felt a bit of a uti coming on but I drank some cranberry juice and I seem fine. But it seems like every time I have sexual intercourse I cramp and spit then it seems to turn to a period so I’m having like bleeding in between periods. I’ve been peeing a lot and last night I got high and I threw up. Now I’ve seen some gross things because I’m a ems provider and I see gross things all time and I get nausea but never throw up until I got high. Granted I don’t smoke weed often but it’s never bothered me. What’s going on guys? Is this pregnancy? Is this a std? Is it cervical cancer?
