Help??

First time mom here, according to apps I'm 6 weeks 5 days today, been experiencing sharp like pains in my left ovary (I believe, or very close to there anyways)it happened even before I was pregnant and now that I'm pregnant, it's Kinda sorta really freaking me out, and I'm wondering if I should go to the ER or if I'm just being over paranoid..

There is no blood or anything even resembling it in my urine (or on the toilet paper when I wipe) again,my I'm super paranoid about miscarrying so I check the toilet paper every time I wipe after peeing.
