Has anyone used clomid and gave birth to a healthy baby? How many tries and what did u do exactly?

I took clomid this month but I didn’t do IUI or take the trigger shot. I was scared of the side effects and that it would effect my baby. But if this cycle doesn’t work I want to feel good that everything will be ok if I do all the other stuff the dr asks

I’m on my 2nd round of clomid. First round I took 50mg and now I’m taking 75mg. I did the trigger shot last time and I’m doing it again this time. I also do weekly blood work and ultrasounds to be monitored. I highly doubt that my RE would have me on clomid and the trigger shots if it had negative side effects on a baby. I also wouldn’t do clomid without being monitored by blood work and ultrasounds.
