Workout advice anyone?
Hey. I’ve been struggling with my hips lately and I haven’t been so confident about them.
The problem is that I have hip dips and I really want to “fill them” but I don’t really know how. I know many people have them and that it’s normal, but many of those people aren’t confident about them either. So I was wondering if anyone knows any good exercises for getting bigger hips? Thank you <3
