Too rough??

Is it possible to get a little sore and tender down there if your man gets a little too rough with the foreplay and fingering?? I haven't seen my man in over 2 weeks so when we finally got to hang out last night and do things but I think after so long my vagina was just tired of it! There was plenty of lubrication but it just felt sore from being a little rough and the foreplay lasting so long. Is it normal to get a little sore and not like cuts but little abrasions (idk what the right word would be? Scrapes maybe?) from his hands getting too rough down there? I can pee fine it just sometimes hurts when I walk certain ways from friction and all that. Help!!!!
