White spot on baby’s heart

Hey all, so when at my 20w4d ultrasound, I noticed there was a white spot on the heart. But the tech didn’t mention it, and stated the valves looked healthy and so did everything else. Prettty worried baby has a hole in its heart or something else. I was wondering did anyone else see this? Is it mandatory for them to tell me what it is or do they wait for my OB to tell me?
