Don’t know what to do.

I had a miscarriage about a year ago. Since then I always thought that w/the D&C;, they messed up something because I have no cervical mucus. My OB says I have a lot around my cervix, but I don’t feel it anymore, like I used to, in my underwear. I don’t even produce any during sex anymore! She told me to try lubricants, but it so embarrassing, because I don’t want my boyfriend thinking he can’t turn me on/get me wet/I’m not sexually attracted to him. I take Fertile CM & use Pre Seed. Last month(March), I started using the opk, I ovulated 5 days later than I expected, CD19. I got another positive opk CD24! On CD29 I took a pregnancy test, negative, too early to test. On CD30-CD33 I had all the same symptoms I had when I got pregnant. What made me really think I was was these headaches I got whenever I was hungry and I had a LOT of EW and creamy CM! My cycle was 2 days late, on the 3rd(today) I came on! I was so sure that I was pregnant. I’m so heartbroken. Idk if I want to keep trying or not. Idk if I even have the strength to💔 I do want a baby really bad! I know I can’t give up, but it’s just so hard! Is there anything you guys can think of me trying, any tips?
