Trying to keep up with Exercise
Any tips on getting in thirty minutes daily!? I’m trying so hard this pregnancy to stay as fit as possible. A little bit of backstory - I was so thin with my first - gained 75 lbs ... I lost about 30 of that weight - because i put on like 20 since I lost all my baby weight (my hubby was super sick for two years).... now we are preggers again !!! :) since I’m overweight trying to keep my weight gain between 15-25 lbs max... any tips on how you’re staying fit
