I feel like I’m overthinking this....

So my period is due today and for the past couple days I have had the most sensitive stomach, not throwing up more like frequent bowel movements. 😖 and today my stomach has felt so off like it feels super tight but I have felt almost nauseous all day too. I have had sore breast for the past like week and a half also. Does this sound like AF coming or maybe being pregnant? I don’t want to test until my period is late by a couple days considering it usually shows on time or a couple days early.
