Didn’t ovulate

For the month of March 2018 I didn’t ovulate I had progesterone bloodwork done after my period hadn’t showed as well as an HCG bloodwork done all showed no ovulation. This never happened before. Could I ovulate still like a month later? Or will I need to take provera (I hate had to take once to stop a period) I have an appointment one 5/1/18. Any insight will help and ease my mind. I’m taking opk 2x a day to see if I will ovulate. Is that a waste of time and money? HELP ME!!
