So confused

I’m so darn confused on what I wanna do with my life. I’m 19 now and I have my CNA. I work in a hospital but I really just don’t wanna do this for the rest of my life. I’m so indecisive on if I wanna go back to school for cosmetology or for medical assistant & work in a drs office. I’m so scared to start something new when I’ve been doing the same thing for 4 years now. I’ve always wanted to do hair but I’m so terrified to do something different. Someone please help with my overthinking.
