What do you do to keep sane?


I'm in my early thirties and on Monday I had a reality check. I was put on blood pressure medicine. Now, high blood pressure runs in my family but I'm the youngest one to be put on it. My mom has so many heart and health problems and I don't want to follow in her for steps. So I've decided to become more active and cut some bad stuff (food) out. I have a small problem that I face, I turn to food when stressed and stress is a big part of my daily life. I have a 10 month old and a 3yr old, my husband is a truck driver and is not home on a daily basis. Any suggestions anyone has on healthier eating, exercise, and stress relief techniques?
