RE consult and initial testing cost you?" /> 
I just want to know about initial testing and the first couple consults. I dont want the treatment included unless there's a price break down. A break down would be much appreciated! Our insurance covers nothing and they have discounts and packages for actual treatment but not for testing. I was just wondering what it all would cost so we will know the damages and what to expect. It would immensely alleviate stress. Thank you ladies and baby dust!

Our first appoint with blood work was $700 after the discount with my insurance. I had a femvue that is not applicable for a discount and it was $1300. Thyroid med was $80/month. Clomid was a few dollars. Preseed was $12 and we are around 4 weeks now 😁😁😁😁 luckily my doc will take payments.

I have to pay a $25 copay for each visit. Fertility treatments, iui or ivf, are covered @ 💯%! I know I'm fortunate to have such good insurance.

Consult was free and diagnostic testing was part of the treatment plan... our total out the door was just shy of 10k including medications and blood work and ultrasounds and the procedures and icsi and sperm wash... etc.

Our insurance covered the initial consult and testing. It didn't cover any treatment though, I thought that was weird.

$99 for the consult through Glow. Then nothing for labs and test.

Just the appointment alone was expensive. My first doctor charged a $450 office visit. I’m on a second who charges $325.
Insurance covered a lot of the tests. I think my saline sonogram and endo biopsy were most expensive. I paid $475 for that visit. Semen analysis was $110 out of pocket with no insurance. Another few hundred of blood work.

Our consults were a specialist copay on insurance. Our insurance covered a lot of the bloodwork, which I was relieved - it was over $2000. Not including the genetic testing (just did that so not sure yet). Fyi our insurance says it does NOT cover fertility treatment but has covered some appointments and of course the bloodwork.
