So I few weeks ago I went out to my car and a note was on it.. seemed harmless just a guy trying to get a girl 🙄

But yesterday morning I left for work around 6 am got home late the night before around 11 and this note was on my car in a plastic baggy sealed with a tapped closed envelope which seemed a little strange to me

I feel like I’m being watched now.. my car is in the back lot which is in the backside of my apartment so I park and then literally on the other side of the wall is my bed so like this person was on the other side of the wall at night or early morning putting this note on my car. I feel unsafe in my own home now... am I over reacting or does this seem weird?
