Yes my hair and nails are amazing. It just makes my hair grow faster. It does not make hair grow more everywhere.

I've had great results from taking Biotin. I think 5,000 mcg is the max most people can absorb in a day, so if you take any more per day it's a waste.  I take that amount most days. I haven't noticed other body hair growing faster or thicker- so if it is it's been minimal. My hair is stronger and shinier and my nails grow much faster and are stronger than they ever were before. I definitely recommend trying it!
