Finishes very fast

My current boyfriend is my first one and I've lost my virginity two weeks ago. Since then we had sex around 10 times but he comes so fast, like when we do it it hurts or stings at the beginning so it doesn't feel nice and as soon as it goes away and I feel like I can get some pleasure he comes and finishes, so like we're having sex for like 7 minutes and thats all. Is that normal or what should I do? Is it me that is not able to come just yet or he just comes very fast?
