PCOS Support

Cassidy

I was diagnosed with PCOS (poly-cystic ovarian syndrome) recently and I’ve done a lot of research about it. I know a big part of helping it is changing your lifestyle. I just want to know some of the tips and tricks anyone else can share with me? I feel like hearing it from other woman is more beneficial than google😅

Also, side note:

My doctor put me on a strictly estrogen-based BC pill and my body had a negative reaction to it. So, now I’m on a progesterone based pill and it’s not working to help it at all it’s just making me not have a period. My doctor keeps telling me that there’s nothin else she can do for me considering the original option my body “couldn’t handle”. Do I just get a new doctor?
