Ovulation question...

Sorry I'm posting it here, but I never seem to get as many responses when I post in the ovulation section.

Is it possible for an ovulation test to not catch a surge? The reason I'm asking is because I had all symptoms of ovulation (temp drop then rise for 3 days, ewcm and some minor cramping) but all test have still been negative. They started getting dark but have now gotten light again.

I am using wondfo ovulation test for the first time. With my last pregnancy some ovulation test weren't working for me and others were.

Any comments would be very helpful.
