I got down for dinner 😩🤤
Being healthy was not on the menu today lol but I made Tuscan Salmon 🤤

Season with salt & pepper

Remove salmon, add 3 tbs butter & I used 2 cloves of garlic (the recipe called for 3 cloves)
Added tomatoes & mushrooms (recipe added spinach instead of mushrooms)

Add heavy whipping cream & Parmesan cheese
I Seasoned with a tiny amount of rosemary, thyme & pepper.

Add the fish & simmer for 3-5 min.
I paired it with this Mac & cheese, it was amazing ðŸ˜
