O symptoms advice.. sorry it's a little long. I'm confused!

My question is do you think I was too late this month? I have been tracking bbt somewhat (have a toddler so not always.) it is consistent at 97.5. This morning I noted a lot of ewcm. Last night it was clear but not stretchy almost a hard jelly like. Then at noon I had a positive opk(clearblue). I felt a sharp stabbing pain on my left side at 3. then We BD'd at 430 when I got home. I checked cm before and the ewcm is gone! but I took another opk at 7pm and it was still positive! I have itchy nipples and sore boobs too! can all this happen in one day?? Am I too late. wtf is going on lol?!
