i just want to cry PLEASE HELP ME

Hi ladies,

so i supposed to have my period 2 days ago but 3 days ago i got a spotting from brown discharge to pink and bright red but it was light like it doesnt fill up my pad and im getting annoyed because you know when you wear your pad too long and there's nothing it gets itchy, and so i waited to get my full AF but there is really nothing not even heavy at all, but my cramps hurt like Hell, i took a pt test and it came out negative when i got the brown discharge coz i thought it was IB. Now, idk what to do am i delayed with my full AF or no? please help.

this is how much i have right now since 4 pm and its only 737 pm here.
