My boyfriend of a year calls me every break&lunch; which is normal , BUT he gets PISSED when I don’t answer my phone within the first first ring . He says “weird, I wonder why you took so long to answer “ as if I’m talking to someone else . Today he called me and I answered on the second ring and shit he got so mad asking why I took so long and starting bitching. 
And I’m here like about to surprise punch this Bitch when he walks into the house .

That’s not “annoying” 
That’s straight up crazy behaviour. Red flags left and right, girlfriend. 
This will escalate. It isn’t cute. It isn’t lovey dovey. It is controlling and manipulative. 
“Answer your phone now” turns into “send me a selfie to prove where you are, you have thirty seconds to comply” which turns into you being abused and held emotionally hostage. 
Nothing about this behaviour is healthy.

Also, calling every break and lunch isn’t normal. 
Overly frequent texting or calling is controlling, not cute. It’s a way of keeping constant tabs on you to see if you’re where you say you are and with who you say you’re with. It is unhealthy as hell. 
This is a crazy behaviour that can be misinterpreted as well-meaning, particularly by victimized partners. 
Excessive kissing and hugging (especially in public), jealousy, overprotection, constant contact, and excessive professions of love aren’t romantic behaviours. They’re possessive abuser behaviours.
