Pink discharge

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have been having pinkish discharge for 5 days. I have already contacted my OB about the situation and they told me to call if it progressed to bleeding with bad cramps. Otherwise they told me it’s pretty normal. I’m still worried because the pink discharge hasn’t gone away. Has anyone had experience with this? This is my first pregnancy and I’m very troubled by this 😔
