Feeling heartbeat, is that possible?

Okay, I know this sounds crazy 😋 But these past few weeks I've began noticing that when I'm laying down on my back watching tv, that I am feeling a heartbeat sensation from my abdomen? -But not from holding my stomach, like i notice it IN my stomach, not looking or feeling for it. I haven't heard anyone else experiencing that?? And yes, there is no need for lectures, I am well aware of not sleeping on my back lol

Its your heart beat . I asked the same thing a few days ago . Its from increased blood flow

It's definitely not your baby's heartbeat. It's either hiccups or your own heartbeat. I'd suggest trying not to lay on your back if that's happening. Seems like you could be restricting blood flow.

I get it for about 5-10 minutes at a time. It’s baby hiccups. 
If it’s constant all the time then it’s def something else
